It doesn't matter if the industry is highly regulated, the output content-heavy, the users outcome-focused - good design is good design. Just because the content is highly specialized, technical, and information-dense, the experience doesn't need to be.

Updated forms and back-end processing system resulted in 600% increase in digital submissions and 43% reduction in processing time.

Design isn't just about assembly, it's about envisioining what's possible and creating an incremental and practical path toward it. We implemented some basic text processing tools until the AI analysis algorithm was ready to launch.

Zurich North America Claims Site Redesign

The project goal was to reduce the number of claims reported by phone. The first change we made was removing the image of a person answering a phone.

Thoughtful changes, no matter how subtle, can have a cumulative impact. Not everything needs to be completely redesigned all the time. Evolution, not revolution.
